Having an independent check on the progress of a project helps to keep it on track and demonstrates an organisation's success. An independent evaluation can also be a useful tool when applying for future funding.

If you are running a project, or business initiative and are experiencing difficulties, we can help you to resolve them. Our experienced team can apply their knowledge of the issues that can arise and how they can be addressed to your project. We also offer a pre-emptive service by identifying where the risks lie with a project or initiative and how you can mitigate against them at the start. This can be through a formalised risk assessment or a straightforward project plan. |

Our team can carry out both desk and field research to assess the effectiveness of a scheme or project and use their knowledge and experience to draw conclusions about the success of the initiative. Our focus is on honest and open assessment, and making appropriate recommendations for future action. The methods we employ are compliant with GRADE, and with the Green and Magenta Books. |
