Funding Delivery

Funding Delivery

This is the central core of our expertise developed over more than 5 years of delivering funding ourselves.

We now offer fund management and administration services for other organisations. We can help you with every aspect of funding, from delivery planning to project development, project appraisal to final evaluation.

Our services are offered on a bespoke basis, and we are happy to provide part or all of a funding delivery service.  You can be assured that your funding will be distributed to the intended recipients effectively and efficiently and their projects will have the best possible chance of success.

Project development

Our ethos when funding projects is to provide support and guidance to applicants to ensure that they have the best chance of accessing funding and that their project is as strong as it can be. We bring the knowledge gained from a vast array of projects of different types and sizes, along with the lessons that we have learnt along the way.

Technical funding support

Through our funding delivery we have developed extensive skills in the more technical aspects of funding, such as calculating and reporting outputs, assessing State Aid in relation to projects, and procuring services in line with European regulations. We can offer advice and guidance on these issues, or alternatively handle this part of a project on your behalf, leaving you safe in the knowledge that it will be professionally managed.

Appraising projects

If you are making decisions about projects and would like to have them professionally appraised, we can help you. Our appraisal team can carry out detailed reviews of projects, not only to score them against criteria, but also to provide practical suggestions of how they might be improved.

We can also offer specialist environmental appraisals to ensure that projects maximise their positive environmental impact - there is something that every project can do, no matter how small.
