Business Plan Preparation

 

Perhaps you are looking to expand your business, or you would like to embark on a new project or invest in new equipment or premises. If you want help to prepare a plan for the future of your business or organisation, we have a team of experts available to help you.  We offer unbiased, professional advice that will help you to make the right decisions for your business, and set them out in writing so as to help you manage the process and access the finance you need.

Cashflow Projections


To ensure that your plans are successfully implemented, you will need to have a good understanding of cashflow.  We can offer all the help you need to get this organised, by helping you to prepare a long term projection, identify problem times and develop plans to deal with issues as they arise.

Accessing Funding

We offer detailed advice on how your business can access funding to turn your ideas into reality.  We have a huge amount of knowledge of funding opportunites, along with inside knowledge of how best to present your business / organisation. We can write bids on your behalf, prepare information for you to present to potential funders, and act as an agent on your behalf on funding applications.

Specialist Funding for Farmers & Land Based Industries

We can help prepare funding applications for the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE).  We are closely involved in the RDPE process and can offer a unique insight into the process, which we can then apply to your funding application to help you access this funding. 

Business Improvement Districts

A Business Improvement District (BID) is a precisely defined geograhical area within which businesses have voted to jointly invest in local improvements in order to enhance their trading environment.  We have developed a product specifically aimed at market and coastal towns, enabling them to secure BID benefits which have previously mainly been enjoyed by large commercial centres.  Our skills in project development, consultation and facilitation, business planning and project management were used to successfully establish a BID in Tavistock.

Plymouth and Western Morning News Growth Fund - Proposal Development Advice

DR is working with Plymouth University to provide advice and assistance to applicants who are seeking funding from the PWGF.  We have a team of skilled advisors available with many years of experience of working in a wide range of business areas, from manufacturing to retail, hospitality to agriculture, creative arts to consultancy, research and statistics to food and drink, and we can provide the right specialist that will understand your business.  We also understand the need to work to individual timescales.  

This service is available at no charge to businesses.
