Voluntary Application of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

Devon Renaissance is a private sector, not for profit organisation and therefore is not covered by the Freedom of Information Act 2010.  

However, we wish to be as transparent as possible, and therefore we voluntarily endeavour to  operate within the provisions of the Act and respond to requests for information in a similar way to those bodies that are formally covered by the Act.

If you would like to request information, you can do so either in writing or by e-mail.  It will help us to deal with your request promptly if you indicate that the request relates to Freedom of Information.
