Devon Renaissance Business Support

The Devon Renaissance team is able to carry out a number of activities to support businesses, organisations and public bodies with their projects.

These include research and surveys, bid writing, appraisals, project support and technical assistance, business information and BREEAM assessments.

Surveys and research

Our experienced and diligent research team can help your organisation find the information it needs. We have extensive databases and knowledge, and the skills to present your information in a clear and concise manner. We can also undertake surveys, both paper and electronic, and we can design surveys tailored to your requirements, implement them and analyse the results to give you the information you need.

BREEAM

BREEAM assessment methods and tools are all designed to help construction professionals understand and mitigate the environmental impacts of the developments they design and build.
The Devon Renaissance team includes two certified BREEAM assessors, one 'industrial 'and one 'offices'. We are one of the first regeneration bodies in South West England to have this capability, and can offer these services to a wide range of businesses and organisations, including local authorities, development agencies, construction and surveying businesses, estate agencies, banks, accountants and many more.

Bid writing, appraisals and project support

We have extensive experience both in writing bids and in assessing them. We can advise and assist with project appraisals and can also offer support, advice and technical assistance to help you run your project and help you set up systems to ensure that milestones, outputs and outcomes are met.
