About Us
We are a not for profit company focusing on economic and social regeneration and have run South West Regional Development Agency funding schemes in Devon since 2005.
We were the most successful programme in the South West in attracting Rural Renaissance funding amounting to over £7m, and then delivering it effectively to projects which were valued at over £25m for the county.
We are a partnership organisation led by the private sector, and with representation including a range of business leaders, Business Link, local authorities and the community and voluntary sector.
Our board of Directors has brought a commercial understanding to our company that has enabled us to work effectively with all sectors towards the ongoing regeneration of the county.
We have substantial experience of working in regeneration in Devon and other rural counties in SW England. Our main strengths under the overall banner of regeneration are:
Funding Support

Environmental advice and BREEAM
Devon Renaissance can assist with the provision of environmental assessments and advice to a full range of revenue and capital projects. In 2008 our experienced staff took this a stage further when they gained accreditation as BREEAM Assessors for offices and industrial buildings. In this emerging field, Devon Renaissance is well placed to carry out BREEAM Assessments and has so far provided a service to public-funded developments in Devon and Cornwall including office refurbishments, food manufacturing and electronics manufacturing projects.
Monitoring and Evaluation
